License Agreement

Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Minters World NFT smart contract runs on the Ethereum network; there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any purchase transactions. This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Minters World NFT digital collectibles.

As the Client (for any legal definition, refer to Terms & Conditions of the Online Store), you own the provided NFT and the associated Art after the purchase. Each Minters World NFT is an Art on the Ethereum Mainnet blockchain. Purchasing Minters World NFT via the primary sale or on any, non-controlled by the Company secondary marketplace grants you the ownership rights, and full commercial rights of the underlying Minters World NFT Art. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Minters World NFT smart contract and the Ethereum Mainnet blockchain: at no point may we seize, freeze, change, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Minters World NFT Art.

Personal Use

as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of Minters World NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Minters World NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Minters World NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or

as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Minters World NFT, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Minters World NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Minters World NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Minters World NFT leaves the website/application.

Commercial Use

owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Minters World NFT generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Minters World NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Minters World NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art;

owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Minters World NFT generally, provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies each Minters World NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Minters World NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased Minters World NFT leaves the website/application;
